 note = {本研究の目的は，社会福祉協議会ボランティアセンターに勤務するボランティアコーディネーターと，社会福祉を学ぶ大学生を対象に，「ボランティア活動の阻害要因」に関するアンケート調査を実施し，比較考察することである．
　結果，「ボランティア活動の参加阻害要因」については，10 項目中 3 項目で有意差が認められた．項目は，（1）参加する時間がない，（2）参加するための費用（交通費など）の負担，（3）一緒に参加する人がいない，であった．
　ボランティアコーディネーターは，これらの阻害要因を意識しつつ，ボランティアニーズと活動をマッチングさせ，コーディネーションをしながら，ボランティア活動を推進する必要がある．, The purpose of this study was to conduct a questionnaire survey on "Disincentive to volunteer activities" among vol-unteer coordinators working at volunteer centers of CSW and university students studying social welfare，and to com-pare and discuss the results．
　Results: Significant differences were found in 3 out of 10 items for "disincentive to participate in volunteer activities"．（1）lack of time to participate，（2）burden of expenses（transportation，etc．）to participate，and（3）lack of peo-ple to participate with．
　Volunteer coordinators should be aware of these disincentive factors so as not to raise the hurdle for participants to participate in volunteer activities．By controlling disincentives in a well-balanced manner，volunteer needs and activ-ities can be matched．It will be necessary to promote volunteer activities through coordination．},
