This study examined how these students experienced the program and how their attitudes toward interprofessional collaboration changed. The analysis focused on measur-ing attitudes toward interprofessional unions using the Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS) before and after the program and the student's feedback on the agenda. Based on the RIPLS results, we checked for differenc-es in attitude changes between MHSW and OT students. A text analysis of the student's feedback was conducted using KH Coder to investigate the factors behind these differences. This paper shows three results. First, MHSW and OT students had significantly higher overall RIPLS scores and teamwork and collaboration values at the end of the pro-gram. Second, The results confirm that the students had a greater awareness of the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration as they recognized and learned from each other's differences in opinion.
