In the two-hop wireless BAN some of nodes transmit data MPDUs (Mac Protocol Data Units) to the hub directly and the others send data MPDUs to the hub via a relay node. By simulation, we compare the performance of a priority polling scheme and a non-priority polling scheme. Numerical results show that the priority polling scheme can improve average MU (Media Unit) delay for emergency and medical transmission.
