 note = {This paper has examined the improvement of teaching English in a specific senior high school, Aichi Prefectural Kariya Kita Senior High School located in West Mikawa district of Aichi prefecture since 2012. The authors have been involved in the project designated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and the Aichi Super English Hub-School project assigned by Aichi Board of Education, and has been working on English teachers training of how to teach English in English throughout a period (fifty minutes) of a class. All the English classes have dramatically changed as though the students were in ESL classes of foreign countries whose native language is English. And also the authors propose different perspectives of the way of teaching and evaluating the students' performances.},
