The authors performed a hierarchical cluster analysis and a co-occurrence network analysis using the text mining software KH Coder, for frequent words used more than 45 times, which were extracted from the obtained data. In the hierarchical cluster analysis, the authors studied the 4 clusters: \"looking back at anti-disaster measures before the earthquake\", \"Thoughts for houses and families and information\", \"Protecting users in the state of confusion after the occurrence of the disaster\" and \"Accepting a large number of people and responding to them\". In the co-occurrence network analysis, \"facilities\", \"evacuation\" and \"people\" were positioned at the center, and an experience of a worker struggling over accepting evacuees was extracted. In addition, a workers' experience of overcoming the disaster while being worried about the safety of their family members were also extracted.
