{"created":"2023-07-25T09:59:57.529744+00:00","id":3272,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"e0ee2514-cfc4-4e92-91b9-1721d9e44bc5"},"_deposit":{"created_by":4,"id":"3272","owners":[4],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"3272"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:nfu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003272","sets":["1:289"]},"author_link":["7472","7473"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2020-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"168","bibliographicPageStart":"155","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"142","bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　マット型睡眠計を介護施設に設置し，要介護高齢者の睡眠状態について1 週間にわたって計測した．また施設に入所している要介護高齢者の睡眠状態と認知症に併発する行動心理症状Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia（BPSD）との関係性についても検討した．\n　分析対象者は1 週間連続してデータ収集ができた26 名であった．対象者の属性については，平均年齢は85.4±6.1 歳，性別は男性3 名，女性23 名，入所期間の平均は225.7±313.9 日．要介護度の平均は2.9±1.1 であった．医学的情報については，認知症をはじめとする中枢神経疾患17 名，整形外科疾患8 名，内科系疾患1 名であった．\n　睡眠状態については，タニタ社製睡眠計スリープスキャンSL-511 を活用した．居室のベッドに敷かれたマットレスの下に設置して被検者の呼吸，心拍，体動による振動を検知して睡眠測定をおこなった．次いで，BPSD 症状についてはNeuropsychiatric Inventory Nursing Home Version（NPI-NH）を用いて測定した.\n　本調査の結果から以下の2 点が明らかとなった．第1 に，介護施設に入所する要介護者は1 日のうち半日分にあたる約12 時間をベッド上で毎日過ごしていることがわかった．ベッドに臥床しつつも目が覚めている状態を示す覚醒時間の平均では約2.6 時間，次いで眠っている時間を示す睡眠時間の平均が約9.5 時間，睡眠効率の平均が79％，睡眠回数の平均は2.2 回であった． 第2 に，睡眠状態とBPSD との関係性については，NPI-NH の結果からBPSD 所見の有無2 群間と，睡眠状態を計測した覚醒時間，睡眠時間，就寝時間，睡眠効率，睡眠回数の5 項目について検討したところ，BPSD 所見がみられた群が所見のみられなかった群と比べて1 週間のうち日曜・月曜・火曜・金曜・土曜日のそれぞれにおいて1 日あたりの平均した睡眠回数が約1 回少なかったことかわかった．BPSD 所見がみられた群は当該曜日ごとに1 日の睡眠回数の平均が約2 回，一方，BPSD 所見のみられなかった群では平均が約3 回であった．\n　介護施設に入所する要介護高齢者の睡眠状態については，対象とした多くの方において就寝時間の延伸した状態が明らかとなった．またBPSD 所見がみられる方は所見がみられない方と比べて睡眠の質が低下している可能性の高いことが示唆された．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11400425","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_ab4af688f83e57aa","subitem_version_type":"AM"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"小嶌, 健一"},{"creatorName":"コジマ, ケンイチ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7472","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"KOJIMA, Kenichi","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7473","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-03-31"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"fukushi142-11kojima.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"406.5 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_11","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"fukushi142-11kojima.pdf","url":"https://nfu.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/3272/files/fukushi142-11kojima.pdf"},"version_id":"87bc8abd-077b-457e-ab43-85870add0103"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"介護施設, 要介護高齢者, 睡眠状態, 睡眠計, 行動心理症状","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"介護施設における要介護高齢者の睡眠状態について","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"介護施設における要介護高齢者の睡眠状態について"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"4","path":["289"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2020-03-31"},"publish_date":"2020-03-31","publish_status":"0","recid":"3272","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["介護施設における要介護高齢者の睡眠状態について"],"weko_creator_id":"4","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-07-25T10:16:58.679196+00:00"}
