However, business management organizations are coordinating activities of human efforts in order to attain a set of objectives at the same time. Therefore, it can be safely said that those systems which are successfull in making the best of social relations are most effective and efficient. It is, therefore, most significant to analize the basic structure of management systems, their adaptability to social environments, and how they are successful in mobilizing workers energies. I analized, in this paper, Chinese management organizations in this perspective.
