 note = {We studied the behavior of a monopoly firm's current decisions on the quantity of production, the employment, and price setting, etc., in the short term, corresponding to the change of economic circumstances. In our model we assume that the firm monopolistically produces goods of the same quality in the home and the foreign countries, and that the markets are cleared through the alteration of quantity of production and export. We can confirm through comparative statics that what is observed in deindustrialization results from the rise of wages in the home country, or the appreciation of the exchange rate in terms of the home currency.},
