It is not easy to adjust established management systems to radically changing environments, because of the persistent resistances from established systems, and because of the human reactions of workers, favorable or unfavorable. The values and hopes among younger generations are becoming radically different from those of older generations, and their new way of thought might support the new trends in management shifts. However, the present management environments urged Japanese business organizations to reduce middle age worker's, which might cause larger reactions with far reaching effects.
