A new system is the one which is called "93SNA" which this committee recommended in 1993 though current "System of National Accounts" was the one by the system which was called so-called "68SNA". New "93SNA" does some drastic revisions though basically follows the system of current "68SNA". The calculation which Economic Planning Agency announced at this time is the one which contains "Standard revision" done once every five years along with the revision from "68SNA" to "93SNA". The method of taking up the newspaper concerning the content of the revision largely took up the change of the growth rate of 1997 term into the plus from a current minus while the content of "93SNA" was introduced. Then, the order is reversed in the main discourse, the problem of "Why does the calculation change from the minus into the plus?" is taken up from the side of a standard revision in the first half. and "93SNA" will be introduced in the topic next in the latter half.}, pages = {95--109}, title = {「93SNA」への移行をめぐって―経済成長率の逆転と「93SNA」のポイント―}, volume = {22}, year = {2001}, yomi = {ワタナベ, ゲンジロウ} }
