Then it examines the possibility of the method of distinguishing the evaluation of performance from that of organization itself.Based upon the 'Performance-Institution Balance Management Strategy', a new concept of 'Comparative Analysis of Institutional Sustainability' is discussed. Finally, two case studies of thirty-five Japanese NGOs working in Nepal and ten Eye Hospitals functioning in Nepal are presented to show the flexible effectiveness of the analysis.Through exchanging experiences of monitoring and evaluation methodology, the author expects that the partnership of ODA and NGOs to be enriched either in the policy-making stage or in field implementations.}, pages = {107--140}, title = {開発NGOsの組織評価試論―ODAとNGOsの連携強化へ向けて―}, volume = {23}, year = {2001}, yomi = {ノザキ, ヤスシ} }
