 note = {The propriety of a health care policy should be evaluated based on average life expectancy and other health indicators. Economic effect is a secondary item for evaluation. However the national health expenditure of about 30 trillion yen is the same amount of the national bonds issue limit which the government provided. Therefore, the influence of the health care system on the national economy and finance cannot be slighted.Using input/output analysis, the writer considers the influence of medical care on the national economy in this report. The influence on the national economy, namely economic effect, extended to traditional coefficients of I.O.analysis, the effect of income/consumption route and the effect of employment. In the first half of this paper, the influence of health care system reforms in the beginning of 1990's is inspect, and in the latter half, the influence of various reform after the middle of the 90's is viewed.},
