The author set up a hypothesis that the less educated people establish business actively as they have nothing to lose in case of the failure in business. The author found that this hypothesis can't be supportedby the result of the survey, because the enthusiasm of the highly educated people to start new businesses is as same as that of the less educated people. 2) What are the key factors that lead some to business successes. The author found that the abilities to seize entrepreneurial opportunities are far more vital than the amounts of initial capitals.}, pages = {185--197}, title = {改革開放中国における私営企業政策の変遷と私営企業の創業・発展}, volume = {30}, year = {2005}, yomi = {イワタ, キシ} }
