| 内容記述 | Most criminal cases are resolved out of court by plea bargaining in the United States. Plea bargaining is similar in form to an economic transaction, so the principles and tools of economic analysis are useful to investigate its effectiveness. This paper briefly reviews some important aspects of plea bargaining, such as its effects on the judicial system and criminal activity. | |||||
