| 内容記述 | 精神保健領域の IPE をソーシャルワーク，作業療法を専門とする学生（以下，MHSW 学生，OT 学生）に実施した．学生たちがどのようにプログラムを体験し，さらにプログラムによって多職種連携への態度がどのように変容するのかについて検討を行った．分析の対象は，プログラムの前後で測定した多職種連携への態度に関する評価尺度（RIPLS），プログラムに対する学生の感想とした．まず，RIPLS の結果に基づき，MHSW 学生，OT 学生で変化の差があったのかを確認し，その差の要因を検討するために，KH Coder を用い，プログラムに対する感想についてテキスト分析を行なった．その結果，以下の 3 つの結果が考察できる．まず，MHSW 学生と OT 学生は，プログラム終了時に，RIPLS の総合得点，チームワークとコラボレーションの値が有意に高くなった．次に，学生は，お互いの意見の違いを認識し，学び合うことで，多職種連携の重要性についての認識を深めていたことが確認できた．第 3 に MHSW 学生と OT 学生は，お互いの意見を尊重すること，コミュニケーションの困難，専門用語の理解，および異なる優先順位に関連する類似の課題を認識していた．RIPLS の点数や多職種連携に対する認識に一定程度，肯定的な変化があったが，一方で，多職種連携の難しさも現れていた． | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Interprofessional education (IPE) in the mental health sector was implemented for students specializing in social work (MHSW students) and occupational therapy (OT students). This study examined how these students experienced the program and how their attitudes toward interprofessional collaboration changed. The analysis focused on measur-ing attitudes toward interprofessional unions using the Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS) before and after the program and the student's feedback on the agenda. Based on the RIPLS results, we checked for differenc-es in attitude changes between MHSW and OT students. A text analysis of the student's feedback was conducted using KH Coder to investigate the factors behind these differences. This paper shows three results. First, MHSW and OT students had significantly higher overall RIPLS scores and teamwork and collaboration values at the end of the pro-gram. Second, The results confirm that the students had a greater awareness of the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration as they recognized and learned from each other's differences in opinion. Third, MHSW and OT students recognized similar challenges regarding respecting each other's opinions, communication difficulties, understanding terminology, and different priorities. To some extent, there were positive changes in RIPLS scores and perceptions of multidisciplinary collaboration, while difficulties with multidisciplinary collaboration also emerged. |
